Is there a minimum amount of supplements I can order?

TCM Product Inc. has a minimum requirement of only 100 packaged supplements per order! If you only need to powder, encapsulate, or if your product requires powder mixing, at least 10 Lbs of formula is needed to fulfill the minimum.


Is there a set up or start up cost?

TCM Product Inc. has no hidden fees and no start-up costs for your production of dietary supplements.


How long will my order take?

Generally, regular orders are completed within an average of 7-10 days. (However, please note that lead times may vary depending on availability of ingredients and amount ordered).


Does a formula have to be provided to TCM Product Inc.?

Not necessarily. We carry a wide selection of in-stock formulas that are readily available for private label use. These formulas are both cost efficient and quick to produce. However, if you would like to create your own custom formula, but do not have the ingredients our experienced professionals will be able to help you formulate one. Please take note that custom formulation of a product may take time to formulate and (optionally) test.


Can TCM Product Inc. help me create a label or packaging?

Absolutely! Our Design Department will work with you to create your label design and packaging for your product! We also offer promotional services such as flyers, brochures, and more!


What if I already have a Label?

If you already have a label design, but have not printed it yet, TCM Product Inc. will be happy to print it for you! To ensure the highest quality, printing specifications must be at least 300DPI in resolution and in either: PDF, EPS, AI, or PSD format. We also suggest that any text on your label be at least 6pt in size for it to be easily read.

Already have your labels printed? Great! Just bring or send them over and we can help apply the labels onto your products!
